John A. Bouley, President
As President of National Software Systems, John brings leadership values that encourage innovation, excellence in performance, facilitate communications, mutual trust, candor and fairness.
John is a graduate of Computer Science with a minor in Accounting and has over two decades of professional experience in implementing custom software solutions to private and public organizations. He began his career as an Intern and soon grew to be a Lead Programmer and Systems Analyst. In the early 1990’s, John saw the emergence of the high technology industry, and in 1994, he became one of the Principals of 2MB Corp d/b/a National Software Systems.
As President, John is responsible for the management of software development, IT consulting, and network administration. His specialty is development in VB, SQL, MS Access, OpenInsight and AREV. He has architected, developed and managed systems built on technologies ranging from COBOL to Visual Basic and OpenInsight. John played an instrumental role in developing a Police Tracking Software that has been deployed on a national level to many police departments in the U.S. He also developed a Commercial Debt Recovery System that became well known in the industry nationwide.
John is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and earned his credential as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist (MSBS). He is a frequent contributor to Microsoft and Revelation Newsgroups and blogs at www.eggheadcafe.com, http://support.citrix.com and other sites.
As a member of the Astronomical Society, he is persistently searching for a star with extraterrestrial life. When not working on clients’ projects, John enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, motorcycle riding, camping, hiking and is a distinguished home brewer. |
