üAll our networking clients receive our Standard Support Plan (SSP) that includes on-going server maintenance, installation of server upgrades, and technical support on a quarterly basis. SSP is billed at our standard hourly rate.
üWe also offer an Enhanced Support Plan (ESP) for networking clients, which also includes server support to business-critical problems. ESP is billed as a yearly flat rate, which includes a pre-apid minimum of 120 hours per year (10 hours per month), at a discounted hourly rate.
