Support plans

 

At National Software Systems, we know that your company’s daily critical business processes rely on your computing technologies. We recognize that it takes a high level of understanding and varied experience to assist you with your on-going operation. For this reason, we take a pro-active approach to support your business network.

 

ü       All our clients receive our Standard Support Plan (SSP) that includes on-going server maintenance, installation of server upgrades and technical support on a quarterly basis. SSP is billed at our standard hourly rate.

 

ü       We also offer an Enhanced Support Plan (ESP), which includes server support with a four hour response time to business-critical problems. ESP is billed as a yearly flat rate in addition to the hourly rate required to resolve the emergency issue.
